According to the notion of yoga, our attitude towards our feeling should be: be aware of your feelings, feel it and go with it. So how do you deal with the flipped inner world? Hold it, depress it when you feel it? That can only make it stronger and put your emotions in a more unstable state. Just follow it as long as it goes in a good way and won't hurt you or the others. Be honest to yourself and be brave. Take a step forward, then you will know what will come and if it's suitable for you. Otherwise, you only wasting your time in the endless guessing, worrying mind game.

Love is a positive energy. If you have ability to love the others and feel being loved, your inner world will be brighter and warmer. As a person, you will root on a solid ground, have enough inner security and are fully trust yourself then flap your wings and fly in the sky.

Don't escape, don't hide, just admit it, face it and do it. That's the attitude we should have towards the short life. Enjoy!
