Lesson 88 Trapped in a mine

Why is the rescue taking so long?

Six men have been trapped in a mine for seventeen hours.If they are not brought to the surface soon they may lose their lives,However,rescue operations are proving difficult.If explosives are used,vibrations will cause the roof of the mine to collapse.Rescue workers are therefore drilling a hole on the north side of the mine.They intend to bring the men up in a special capsule.If there had not been a hard layer of rock beneath the soil.they would have completed the job in a few hours.As it is,the have been drilling for sixteen hours and they still have a long way to go .Meanwhile.a microphone.which was lowered into the mine two hours ago,has enabled the men to keep in touch with their cloest relatives.Though they are running out of food and drink.the men are cheerful and confident that they will get out soon.They have been told that rescue operations are progressing smoothly If they knew how difficult it was to drill through the hard rock.they would lose heart.

训练感想：今儿又被自己虐到了，延续往常的感觉，看见单词能反映出想对应的音标，除了少数单词比较绕口以外，几乎每个单词都能做到相对精确的发音，整句也是不错的，整篇文章连起来也感觉不错，但是当要开始录音时就状况不断，不是都错就是脑袋突然下线，发懵，继续读了几遍，在读 的过程中心情一度很烦燥，因为感觉自己明明可以录得更好，但是却没有达到更好的标准，所以不断的重新录，但还是不尽人意，不过心情慢慢归于平静，联想到S的一篇文章里说的先别追求完美，先把事情做起来，反思今天的任务，自己是很用心对待的，不算查音标，朗读时间花了快1个半小时，问心无愧，没有放水，也许是目前的能力没到，所以心态放平。没有几次就成功了，尽管离自己的标准还差一些，就这样吧。时间也不够了。
