p5: raft能保证一次election选举中最多只会选出一个leader，会出现一次选举过程选举失败。
什么情况导致选举失败？

这样不会有吞吐的压力吗？

"the protocol’s four main timers Follower Timeout, Candidate Timeout, Leader

Follower timeout等价于heartbeat timeout。
