【2020英文随记】
With the rampaging of the virus during these months,I haven't been outside for more than forty days.I have made a lot of plans to keep the good habits and to get rid of my bad habits.
During most of the days between February and March I made the daily plans in the morning and got them done during the day and night of that day.I hope I can persist in doing this during the rest of my isolated time.
I know I still have some worst habits,such as smoking and drinking soft drinks.But I have not found the better ways to get rid of them.
I know that drinking soft drinks too much is bad for my physical health ,so sometimes I hated this habit of mine very much and often tried to get rid of it in the past.
Fortunately,I have not drunk soft drinks for half a month.It is ok to me because I have begun to drink hot tea during these days.The fact is that I disliked to drink tea and seldomly drank it in the past years.
Nowadays ，just because of the shortage of the soft drinks at home,I choose to drink one bottle of tea every day.I get the good feeling of dringking tea .I began to enjoy drinking tea.
What's amazing,I know I have realized a better way to be not thirsty and to make me more healthy.
In the future,I look forward to keeping more good habits and getting rid of more bad habits.To achieve this aim ,time is the key problem.It will take a lot time to make plans and constantly practice finishing them till I really realize my little dreams.
Luckily,I have nothing but time.

随着这几个月的病毒的肆掠，我已经有四十多天没有外出了。我制定了很多计划去养成一些好习惯和丢掉我的一些坏习惯。
在二月和三月的大部分天数里，我在早上制定每日的日程安排然后利用那天的白天和晚上做完它们。我希望在接下来的自我居家隔离期间我能一直坚持着完成这件事。
我知道我仍然有一些最糟糕的习惯，比如抽烟和喝饮料。但是我还没有找到更好的办法去克服它们。
我知道喝太多饮料对我的身体健康非常不好，因此在过去我非常痛恨我的这个坏习惯而且总想改掉这个臭毛病。
幸运的是，我已经有半个月没有喝饮料了。这对我来说没什么，因为这半个月来我已经开始喝茶啦。实际上过去这些年来我讨厌喝茶也几乎很少喝茶。
现在，仅仅因为家中早就没有饮料了，我开始选择每天喝一壶茶。我品尝到了喝茶的美妙感觉。我开始享受喝茶啦。
太惊奇啦。我知道我已经意识到了一个更好的避免干渴和让我更佳健康的方式。
在将来，我期望能够拥有更多的好习惯以及改掉更多的坏习惯。为了实现这一目标，时间是最关键的问题.为了实现我的这些小梦想，我需要花费大量的时间制定许多计划然后不断地在实践中完成它们。
幸运的是，我什么也没有唯有时间。
