解决：ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement open3d (from versions: none)

方法1、换镜像源（可以尝试）

方法2、升级pip

python -m pip install --upgrade pip（网上搜的）

pip install --upgrade pip（我直接用的这个命令升级）

注意：更新时要关梯子，不然会安装失败

然后就可以安装想要装的库
