In recent days, a criminal case has caused a hot discussion among people. A man was killed in that case, but most of people thought that he deserved it and the man who killed him was the real victim.

That case happened in KunShan city, at a roadcross. The camera recorded the whole criminal process.

The man who was killed was drunk driving, and he tried to change lanes when the traffic light was not allow to do that. His car hit down a man who drove a electric bicycle.

First, the drunk man's friends tried to negotiate with the bicycle driver. But the drunk man crashed out the car and began to beat the bicycle driver. The bicycle driver did not hit back as he was frightened.

But you wont believe what happened next. The drunk man went back to his car and came back with a hacking knife in his hand. He continued on cut the poor bicycle driver with the knife. The bicycle driver tried to run away but the man ran after him.

The whole case reversed when the knife droped drow from the drunk man'hand during the fighting. The bicycle driver picked up the knife before the drunk man could and strabed back, now it's the drunk man'time to run away. Before the drunk man's death, he even tried to go back to his car, he might want to find a weapon to help fight back.

That's what the whole criminal like. There were two opinions upon this case, one and which was supported by most of people was the drunk man deserved it, the bicycle driver was just want to protect himself, it was self-defense. Another opinion was based on current law, the driver shouldn't kill the drunk man when the man was not armed, it's excessive defense.

Follow-up reports showed that the drunk guy was not a good guy at all. He was putted into jail 4 times during the last 10 years. He had extensive tattoos on his body which was consider as a common sign of bad people, a bully. And the bicycle driver, he was suffering the adversity of losing his son and his wife. Everyone around him said that he was a honest man.

People were waiting for the final judge from the court. We show our empathy on the bicycle driver, not because his misfortune adversity, but because we want justice. The drunk man'doing showed that how he flout the laws and how he bully the weak. They must ne punished.
