Convenient location but not an hotel I would recommend.方便的地点但不是我期望的酒店

Nice lobby and convenient coffee/grocery store in the lobby. The room is very outdated and the bathroom is old. No shuttle between hotel and airport which an higher end hotel should have. Some noise (like boom boom sound) above our room at night. The room service food taste really bad (we ordered a pasta and curry vegetable). Overall staffs were nice except we asked for a late checkout (we only asked for extending the checkout time to be 45 mins later) but your operator insisted we have to checkout by 11 (very insistent), which I usually experienced the hotel would be willing to courtesy extend our checkout not longer than an hour. I may not recommend you guys to my friends unless they have to stay at your hotel particularly.
