Ma Xiaoqiu:Selection is greater than efforts
在微信朋友圈里常常看见这样一句话：＂选择大于努力＂，我认为这句话很有道理。一个正确的选择，是走向成功的必然因素。但是怎样才能真正地做出正确的选择，这才是问题的关键所在。
In WeChat's circle of friends,I often see this sentence:"Selection is greater than efforts."I think this sentence is very reasonable.One correct choice is an inevitable factor in the direction of success.But how to make the right choices is the key to the problem.
每个人都会面临很多选择，如：考学、择业、恋爱、成家等等。然而在现实生活中，我们常常经历十有八九不如人意的事情，我们的选择时常出现意想不到的好的或者是不好的结果，这是为什么呢？
Everyone faces many choices,such as:school,career,love,family,and so on.However,in real life,we often experience things that are not likely to be satisfactory.Our choices often have unexpected good or bad results.Why is this?
我认为选择，其一需要智慧力。无我、利他是一种智慧，这一点说之容易做之难，许多人在＂我执＂、＂我见＂升起之后就全然不顾及别人的感受和利益，这时的私欲和膨胀欲，为自己今后的道路又设置了重重障碍，但当事人却全然不知，这就是＂所知障＂的必然结果。用利他的方式而获得他人的信任和拥护才是智慧的选择。其二，需要功德力。专一、守信是建立功德力最起码的道德标准，一个破坏了自身信誉的人是根本没有立足之地的。其三、需要褔报力。乐善好施，助人为乐，凡事都为别人着想，这是获得福报力最为有效的办法。
I think the choices needs first is intellectual power.Selflessness,altruism are a kind of wisdom.And this is easy to say,but difficult to do.Many people do not take into account the feelings and interests of others after the"paranoia"and"own opinion"rise.At this time,their desires and inflated desires set up the obstacles for his future road,but they themselves are completely unaware of these.This is the inevitable result of the"knowledge barrier."To gain the trust and support of others in an altruistic way is the choice of wisdom.Second,it requires merit.Specificity and trustworthiness are the minimum moral standards for the establishment of merit,and a person who has undermined his own credibility has no place to live at all.Third,it needs blessing efforts.To be charitable,to help others,and to think of others for all things is the most effective way to obtain good fortune.
我们当下所承受的不好的结果，都是我们起心动念所造就的；我们所拥有的好的回报，都是我们当下正确的所思、所想、所行而获得的。
The bad results that we suffer now are the result of our mind and thoughts;The good things we have got in return are what we correctly think,consider,and do right now.
