ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch-geometri satisfies the requirement torch-geometric

试了网上的 whl下载 确保虚拟环境下nvcc 和cuda版本一致，还不行
遂找淘宝大佬,大佬换了pytorch版本 python版本都不行
最后根据报错出现的setup 安装了pytest-runner，然后pip search。
再pip install torch-geometric的时候就成功了

pip install pytest-runner
pip search torch-geometric
pip install torch-geometric
