1.如我的Mysql 安装在E:\xampp\mysql目录下
win7下使用CMD，命令行使用无密码的root用户登录mysql数据库，红色字体为命令
1）.更新root用户密码为root
2.）刷新权限
3）.分配root用户在任何主机上都可以访问mysql数据库
4）.刷新权限
E:\xampp\mysql\bin>mysql -uroot -p
