使用win32api实现任务栏图标

这是python win32模块自带的例子,之前我对这个问题google了好久,谁知竟是骑马找马。
如果你已经安装python win32模块,可以找这个目录:C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages\win32\Demos\win32gui_taskbar.py,还有C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages\win32\Demos\win32gui_menu.py,这个看起来功能更多
