装rails时总遇到这个问题，原因不详，可能是公司网络限制吧，折腾死了

只能下载rails包，然后手动安装： gem install --local rails-2.3.5.gem
需要以下包(rails2.3.5)
actionmailer-2.3.5.gem
actionpack-2.3.5.gem
activerecord-2.3.5.gem
activeresource-2.3.5.gem
activesupport-2.3.5.gem
rack-1.0.0.gem
rake-0.8.7.gem

果然可以。真折腾人啊。
