1. SEG Mission statement
To create a mutually supportive environment which
can help entrepreneurs grow.

2. Board structure

President: Take lead and carry out plan to realize
our mission

VP Education: training and Meeting agenda/content

VP public relation: Event , outside speakers, media
exposure of SEG

VP Membership: Membership maintain, group expansion

VP Finance: In charge of Balance sheet

Secretary: Member communications (Email etc.)



3. Regular meeting agenda
Meeting Director
Meeting Evaluator

- Mission statement and guest introduction (15 min)
- Brain storm session (30 min)
  Director will pose a pre-defined question and lead
  round-table discussion with final brief summary
- Break (10 min)
- Prepared speech No 1 (10 to 15 min)
   Q&A (5 Min)
- Prepared speech No 2 (10 to 15 min)
   Q&A (5 Min)
-  Meeting Evaluator ( Wrap up 5 min)
-  Next meeting topic preparation ( 5 min)

Prepared speech could also be  case study(problem
solving) and training.
