Java数字证书对文件/加密/解密/签名/校验签名

本文中的Base64Utils.java在其他随笔中已经贴出。Java证书生成命令如下,不做过多解释,可先到网上查询下资料,本文仅提供工具类代码:
  把生成的密钥库和证书都放到类的同包下。
