I. stunnel -> vanish -> HAProxy -> nginx -> nodeJS -> memcached(redis)

II. nginx (for HTTP compression) --> Varnish cache (for caching) --> HTTP level load balancer (HAProxy, or nginx, or the Varnish built-in) --> webservers.
