调用命令:powershell -c "powershell commond" 调用ps1文件 powershell -File ".ps1 file path" ，防止出现权限问题，可以加上 powershell -executionpolicy remotesigned -File ".ps1 file path" 注意： -File 必须是最后一个标志参数
