Failed to stop the server machine ' xxx.xxx'

arcgis for server 10.2 在部署新站点时抛出异常：

Failed to create the site. Failed to stop the server machine 'WIN-123.LOCALDOMAIN'. Could not connect to server on machine 'WIN-123.LOCALDOMAIN'. ArcGIS Server on that machine may not be running or the machine is not reachable at this time.

解决办法：

修改一下文件下

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\etc\machine-config.xml

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\geronimo\var\config\config-substitutions.properties

把WIN-123.LOCALDOMAIN修改为WIN-123
