Winddows 7下，VMware esxi5 tools 安装在windows 2008 R2 上，鼠标依然慢的解决方法

Windows 2008 with sp2上装vmware tools后，鼠标工作正常，但上了windows R2 with sp1 后几乎和没装一样。 Google原因，见：http://communities.vmware.com/thread/280773

原因就一个，对于windows 2008 r2， 显示驱动要手动从新安装。

安装完vmware tools后， 在c:\program Files\Common Files\VMware\drivers\wddm_video\下有一个install.txt说明。 按照其方法更新显示驱动即可。

附：install.txt 内容：

Installing the SVGA Drivers in a Windows 7 guest

The Screen Resolution dialog box has been opened
to help you finish installing your SVGA driver.
To complete the installation, follow these steps:

1) If the VMware Tools installer is prompting for a
   reboot, please select "No".
2) Click the link labeled "Advanced Settings".
3) Select the "Adapter" tab.
4) Click the button labeled "Properties".
5) Select the "Driver" tab.
6) Click on the button labeled "Update Driver...".
7) Choose the "Browse my computer for driver software" option.
8) Click button labeled "Browse..." and navigate to this
   path:
   DESTINATION_PATH
   and click Next.
9) Click on the Install button to indicate that you want to continue
   with the installation.
10) After successfully installing the driver click the Close button.
11) Click Yes to restart Windows 7 and start using
    the new video driver.
12) After the restart, you can change the video resolution
    to something larger than 640x480 by navigating to
    Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization >
    Display > Screen Resolution.
