Trouble shooting

1、ping ip

确保在网络层是能够通信的， eg：ping 192.168.0.105

 

2、tnsping oracle9ivm 10：表示ping oracle_service的服务10次

保证到oracle的服务是通的

3、client连接oracle

（1）方式一：easy connect

sqlplus scott/[email protected]:1521/moree

或者

sqlplus /nolog

conn scott/[email protected]:1521/moree

或者

conn scott

输入口令：[email protected]:1521/moree

注意：不能使用conn [email protected]:1521/moree, 此时会提示ORA-12504的错误， 这其实是oracle软件的一个bug， 使用方式一中的第三种方法可以避免这个问题。

（2）方式二：sqlnet.ora, tnsnames.ora

4、Oracle踢出用户

select sid,serial#,username, status from v$session;

通过上面语句，找出需要踢出的连接用户, 再使用alter system kill session '12,32';就可以了， 其中‘12，32’分别代表  sid和serial#。
