无法访问SQL Server Reporting Service 命名实例

环境：Windows 2008, SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3

问题：在Windows 2008上，先配置为DC，然后安装SQL Server及Service Pack3。最后启动SQL Server安装程序安装命名实例QUEST。

1. 用Http://localhost/reports$QUEST 验证Reporting Service 时出现错误： "unable to connect to the remote server".
   
   

2. 通过SQL Server Managment Stuido连接到 SSRS命名实例时，出现以下错误："No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it :443".
3. 进入Surface Area configuration, 点击"Reporting Services"下"Windows Integrated Security" ，显示以下错误： "The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden. (SQLSAC)".

解决方案： 

问题产生的原因是在安装缺省实例后，打了SP3，而再安装命名实例时，没有打SP3.

1. 启动SQL Server Service Pack 3 安装程序，配置对命名实例的安装
2. 启动Reporting Service 配置程序，进行相关配置
3. 找到C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\ReportServer\rsreportserver.xml 文件，授权NETWORK SERVICES user对此文件的读和运行访问权限
