Hello包用于发现邻居和与发现的邻居建立邻居关系。使用组播方式,使用不可靠传输。unreliable delivery.

必要时发送更新,可组播,可单播,使用reliable delivery。
更新、查询、应答都使用RTP,ACK始终是不可靠方式。
