拓扑搭建心得：
1.采用Dynamips搭建分布式平台，4台路由器在4台PC上运行
HQ 2G RAM/Chicago 1G RAM/UK 1G RAM/PSTN 1G RAM
2.软件版本：
CCM4.1.2/Unity4.2.1
IOS为c3745-ipvoice_ivs-mz.124-2.T6，此IOS支持GK/GW/CME特性，而且可以添加4个以太网口
CIPC7.0，VTGO
VMware5.3 workstation
DynamipsGUI2.8_CN
Windows XP Home Edition
3.Unity软件：
Win2003英文版_sql2000简体中文_exchange2003简体中文
4.很多UC软件需要CCO下载权限
6.虚拟机可以做成VMware 文件，放在移动硬盘中运行

1.dynagen不能在dell机器上运行
2.分布式FR不能在DELL上欲行，用SWITCH(3640)代替网云
3.选择桥接到PC，选择四个虚拟网卡，分别填写PC1-PC4上虚拟网卡相关参数(不是physical NIC);启用虚拟机时注意switch上的 range fa0/0 - 10-->no shut
4.ipblue安装在RS1中的vmware,因为其voice GW都是与VMnet1绑定的
5.VTGO和CIPC7.0可以同时使用，新增一个LOOPBACK口，VTGO用loopback mac注册，CIPC7.0用VMwarenet1注册

1.pc1 hosts Router_HQ & sw1(模拟OSPF Area 0)+sw2(模拟EIGRP 1),CCM PUB is guested . PC1,Router_HQ绑定虚拟网卡VMnet1,Guest CCM网卡设置VMnet1(Host-only)并配置IP为10.1.1.100(GW:10.1.1.1)，Guest UNITY网卡设置VMnet1(Host-only)并配置IP为10.1.1.150(GW:10.1.1.1),Host OS上VMnet1网卡为10.1.1.254(无需GW)，打通host-guest系统中的桥梁

安装Unity
DNS-->AD-->Exchange2003简体中文/SP3-->SQL2000简体中文SP4
1.先装DNS，配置正解区域和PTR，然后安装dcpromo
2.log . to the nbsn.cn domain as localadmin,accessing shared drive . 在unity系统C盘创建一个tools文件夹，将unity cd1/cd3/cd5，CrystalReportEngine.msi，E3SP2CHS,SQL2KSP4，此文件不要放在桌面！！！
安装UNITY时可以分配700M内存，硬盘容量至少20G

unity安装出现的错误：
1.SQL版本过低问题
SQL2000补丁过低问题，下载中文SP4 for database
2.sentinel software错误，进入security直接安装；
cisco workaround如下：
Workaround for Installing Cisco Unity by Using Terminal Services
When the Sentinel system driver is not installed . the Cisco Unity server before you try to run the Cisco Unity Setup program by using Terminal Services, the error message "While trying to install the Sentinel System Driver, Windows Installer returned a failure code: 3" appears.
The Sentinel system driver cannot be installed by using Terminal Services. Install the driver by doing the following procedure . the Cisco Unity server before you run the Cisco Unity Setup program.
To install the Sentinel system driver before you run Cisco Unity Setup by using Terminal Services

Step 1 . the Cisco Unity server, insert Cisco Unity Disc 1 in the CD-ROM drive.
Step 2 Browse to the Security Key Setup directory.
Step 3 Double-click SentinelSystemDriver.msi.
Step 4 Follow the .-screen prompts to complete installation of the Sentinel system driver.
3.unity和CCM集成错误

Conditions:
Any version of Unity software installed . Windows 2003 operating system.

Option 1. Stop the Unity services, UTIM launches without problem

- Use Process Explorer (available from MS) to change the ownership and access to MTXMiuRegistryReadWrite object.
- Launch Process Explorer and select AvCsMgr.exe.
- In the bottom pane, locate Mutant object \BaseNamedObjects\MTXMiuRegistryReadWrite.
- Double click and change the security settings for this object so that the Local Administrators Group is the owner and has access.
- UTIM should now start.
- Use Process Explorer (available from MS) to change the ownership and access to MTXMiuRegistryReadWrite object.
- Launch Process Explorer and select AvCsMgr.exe.
- In the bottom pane, locate Mutant object \BaseNamedObjects\MTXMiuRegistryReadWrite.
- Double click and change the security settings for this object so that the Local Administrators Group is the owner and has access.
- UTIM should now start.
Additional Comments:
If the problem persists after a restart of Unity or the server, the local security policy likely overrides the default behavior and doesn't make the Administrators Group the default object owner.

To change this, reassign the local (or DC) security policy, Security Option "System objects: Default owner for objects..." to Administrators.
On Windows 2003 "not defined" should act the same as Administrators.
