1.关闭vmware虚拟机，找到安装目录下的.vmx文件，就一个这样的文件。记事本编辑此文件，找到ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000e",改为ethernet0.virtualDev= "e1000".

2.开机虚拟机，进入window 2008系统，设备管理器，更新网卡驱动，

3.选择“从计算机的设备驱动列表中选择"，网卡适配器，找到厂商intel，把网卡的驱动改为intelpro/1000 Network Connection ，下一步更新网卡驱动完成。

3.重启虚拟机，即可。
