硬盘安装ubuntu 9.10 - 11.04
原理：使用grub4dos引导iso镜像

1：先下载所需文件：
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/installer-i386/current/images/hd-media/initrd.gz
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/installer-i386/current/images/hd-media/vmlinuz
下载iso，以下是骨头兄弟亲自搭建的源：
http://ubuntu.srt.cn/ubuntu-releases/9.10/ubuntu-9.10-alternate-i386.iso（注意是alternate不是desktop）
下载grub4dos：
http://download.gna.org/grub4dos/grub4dos-0.4.4.zip
2：将ubuntu-9.10-alternate-i386.iso和grub4dos-0.4.4.zip中的grldr以及initrd.gz,vmlinuz放在c：盘根目录下
3：创建menu.lst
title Install Ubuntu
find --set-root /
ubuntu-9.10-alternate-i386.iso
kernel /vmlinuz boot=casper iso-scan/filename=/
ubuntu-9.10-alternate-i386.iso locale=zh_CN.UTF-8
initrd /initrd.gz
4:修改boot.ini,加入
c:\grldr="ubuntu"
5:重启，f8选择从ubuntu启动
注意：本文安装为文本模式
