简单获取系统版本示例
一般由系统的dwMajorVersion和dwMinorVersion就可以得到系统版本：
Windows 3.0,
Windows 3.1,
Windows NT, 95(4.0),
Windows 2000 (5.0),
Windows XP (5.1), ....
Windows 7 (6.1), ..... ,
Windows 8.1 (6.3)
