Office 2013在XenDesktop7.x 操作缓慢问题

现象：

打开Word文字鼠标上下滚动表现延迟和缓慢，delete删除按键反应卡顿；

VDA7.6  Win7发现此问题，Server2008R2未发现；

 

解决方法：

打开office文件-选项-高级勾选“禁用硬件图形加速”

 

Disabling Hardware acceleration

To disable Hardwareacceleration in Office 2013 Application

1. In Outlook 2013click on File > Options

2. Click on theAdvanced tab and scroll down to the Display section

3. Check the box to“Disable hardware graphics acceleration”

4. Restart Office2013 application and test again

也可以修改VDA注册表解决：

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Graphics

DisableHardwareAcceleration DWORD 改为1
