在点到多点非广播模式下,必须静态指定邻居。
配置如同point-to-multipoint模式下,只是在指定OSPF网络类型时,使用命令ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast,此时由于无法启用组播和广播,所以无法自动建立邻居关系,需要手工指定邻居。仍不选举DR/BDR
