ftp commons-net-1.4.1.jar 异常 Server Reply: : A remote host did not respond with！

错误原型：能够删除，上传时可以创建文件夹，但是无法写入，好长时间返回如下错误：

 出错原因：防火墙进行了拦截

 解决办法：关闭防火墙
