这是一个python的端口占用错误，原因是Pac Server的8086端口已被别的程序占用。

我的解决方案是在local文件夹中的python.ini文件中，将pac禁用（enable默认为1开启，请设置为0），当然，熟悉goagent中python应用的人也可以将其port改变一下。




最后，启动成功。
