application loader 中，会出现这个问题，通常是他的bug，大概上传过程中very呢，结果你机器断电了，force quite等导致的。

解决方式如下：

To do this, open the tokens file found in /users/<yourusername>/.itmstransporter/UploadTokens/. You should see one line of text at the top that refers to your current upload token. Simply delete this line and save the file. You should now be able to submit your app again.

 

翻译就是：到这个路径下，拿记事本打开这个文件，然后里面有一行东西，删掉，重新保存文件即可继续上传了。
