不定期更新(发现自己不能用的时候会来改下)， 如果有个别不能用的请留言
由于近期被墙得厉害 建议大家选用镜像站点方式(其实强烈建议使用SS等科学上网工具)
使用方法：
1、启动 Android SDK Manager -> Tools -> Options
2、HTTP Proxy Server，HTTP Proxy(见下方列表)
3、Force https:.....打钩 -> Close
4、Packages -> Reload
