Failed to access IIS metabase

访问网站时发生如下异常，解决办法为注册ASP.NET运行环境至IIS，命令如下：

 

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Server Error in '/portal' Application.
