For the requirement, we should answer a bunch of questions. After answering the questions, we can take out a more efficient requirement analysis:

1. User scenarios: How did the users use the original tool?
2. User complaining: Is there something that user do NOT like? – That’s our chance to improve!
3. What is the users' expectation: We can work with the end users to draw a beautiful picture of the new tool’s future.
4. What is the workflow behind the tool: We should understand the workflow well, and try to improve the workflow, and, of course,implement the workflow.
