Couldn't register com.zyg.ios.XXX with the bootstrap server. Error: unknown error code.

运行应用突然崩溃，然后再次运行就出现了如下错误：

 Couldn't register com.zyg.ios.XXX with the bootstrap server. Error: unknown error code.
This generally means that another instance of this process was already running or is hung in the debugger.(lldb)
1）卸载应用，仍然出现上面错误

2）卸载应用，然后退出Simulator，仍然出现上面的错误

3）重启mac，问题解决了。

第一次遇见，很操蛋的一个问题， 记录一下。
