I have not gotten a good sleep last night. Last night, when I was going back to my dormitory, my boss asked me to discuss
the status of our company. My two bosses asked me many a question until 1 o'clock this morning.
The circumstance of our corporation is so ridiculous. I called it "the Silent Company". As usual, the boss is not here, he works in another company in Shengzheng. The business of Wuxi company is our CTO.
The CTO has little the experience and a gentle temperament. So, our mistake, flaw, disadvantages he is tolerated. According to the Broken Window Effect, as the result of it, seldom every employee is scared of him. Moreover, his order is usually useless. And every one feels disappointed to our working company.
Maybe our CTO has his own plan for himself. Now, every one has a own plan for oneself, not to the company.
