插播:Japan earthquake: Rescuers in ‘race against time’ as storm hits

Rescuers are in a “race against time” to find survivors of a powerful earthquake amid forecasts of heavy rain and cold overnight, Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has warned.

At least 32 people have been killed and hundreds injured, with thousands forced to seek refuge outdoors and dozens still feared trapped beneath rubble.

Testing Microsoft’s Captionbot

Microsoft has unveiled a programme that uses artificial intelligence to try and identify images in pictures.
Anybody can upload an image to Captionbot and the programme spends a few seconds analysing it and then tells you what is featured, with varying results.
Nick Robinson discussed the programme with Aleks Krotoski, technology journalist & host of Digital Human on BBC Radio 4.

I think it still could be developed the most,of course it can recognize many things which have obviously unique characteristic。Such as the technology face++, it can used in authentication。And the image Recognition can also use to research similarly。In future, it will lead to the thread of new with AR/VR。
