【tomcat-mysql连接出错】Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory，Can't create a new thread

出错信息提示如下：
Caused by: org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException: Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (null, message from server: "Can't create a new thread (errno 11); if you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug")

出现问题原因，多台机器连接数据库，数据库无法创建更多的连接给用户，就报出这个错误，故改小db的参数
database.maxActive=20
database.initialSize=5
database.maxWait=100
database.maxIdle=5
database.minIdle=1

另外在多次连接db之后，一直提示Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory，
出现问题原因，mysql的连接数应该是被占满了。
可以尝试重启数据库，问题就可以解决。
