android proxy settings with lantern

Lantern is always used for Android development, but while we start install the new android SDK, we maybe face the settings for the lantern of prooxy of android.

1 find the proxy of lantern

if we open the lantern we will find the "http://127.0.0.1:16823/" 

2 copy this address for android SDK proxy:

3 choose the 

"auto-detect proxy settings" and cp the "http://127.0.0.1:16823/" into the URL list

save the settings, 

Then the SDK will auto find the lantern's address
