FNDRSRUN.fmb

Symptoms

Attempting to refresh the FNDRSRUN form for the submitted concurrent request, the system shows the following error message.

FRM-40815: Variable Global.Jobs_qf_find_clkt Does Not Exist' or

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.PRIOR_COMPLETION_PROG_UNIT does not exist

Steps to replicate:
1. submit a concurrent request
2.click on the refresh button and observe the error message.

Cause

The cause of this problem is undetermined.

Solution

1.  Download and review readme for Patch.9079333

2.  Apply Patch.9079333 to a Test environment initially before application to any Production instance.

3.  Verify the version of the form FNDRSRUN.fmb is now 120.44.12010000.21

4.  Verify issue resolved

5.  Migrate fix to other environments as required.
