An issue that you may encounter in the future

Hi Guys,

      I think you will encounter an issue in the future if you install Office 2007 on Windows 8 which has been installed Visual studio, when you want to click "Open List in Microsoft Excel" button in Code Metric results window you will find that it's in grey, you can't click it, yeah, there is an issue, please check whether there is "Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel" or not under path C:\Windows\assembly\GAC, I promise that you can't find it, if not, you should not come across this issue. so now please access to http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=18346 and download and install it, it includes lots of PIAs of Office 2007, one of them is "Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel", then I think you will be so happy for you can use this feature! oh, do not restart Visual Studio

      Finally, if you want to use "Create Work Item" in this window you should connect to a TFS(Team Foundation Server) and restart Visual Studio too. thanks.
