weiphp转移项目后，验证码不显示问题

1、程序将数据库连接信息同时写入了/Application/Common/Conf/config.php文件和/Application/User/Conf/config.php文件，但通常我们部署到服务器上的时候，只修改了前者的数据库连接信息，而忽略了后者

2、BOM导致
