adb shell 无法启动 （insufficient permissions for device）

暂的解决办法是使用root权限来启动adb server
shily@hh-desktop:~$  sudo -s
[sudo] password for shily: 
root@hh-desktop:~# adb kill-server ； adb start-server
* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *
root@hh-desktop:~#  exit
exit
shily@hh-desktop:~$
再次执行adb shell就可以了。
