Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace

此错误发生在打包项目到jar包，在解压时，后面的文件会覆盖前面文件。

关联文件：xx/META-INF   spring.schemas  spring.handlers

解决方法：

方法1、在eclipse下到spring各个包中找到对应的spring.schemas  spring.handlers，将其附加到项目中的这两个文件下。

方法2、在打包时不解压jar包。

方法3,、按照参考文章的方式配置maven。

本人项目中spring的版本是4.15。
