spring schedule 注解方式实现任务调试

1、在sprng配置xml文件引入命名空间

xmlns:task="http://www.springframework.org/schema/task"

在xsi:schemaLocation加入
http://www.springframework.org/schema/task  
http://www.springframework.org/schema/task/spring-task-3.0.xsd

局部配置如下
