错误：ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
常见原因：计算机非正常关机引起
解决办法：

1.开始-运行-cmd
2.sqlplus "/as sysdba"

1.重复上1-2-3操作
2.输入：startup mount
