DBA00011E - Table information could not be loaded

Unable to view properties or extract DDL for MQT's.

Receive the following errors:
1. When trying to view properties:
"DBA00011E - Table information could not be loaded. The object might no longer exist, or you might not have the permissions required to load the object."

2. When trying to extract DDL :

DBA16001E - One or more object definitions in you migration or DDL extraction could not be loaded. It might no longer exist, or you might not have the permissions.
