修复Winsock2

今天不知道怎么回事，估计是杀毒软件误杀了。导致Winsock2损坏。
症状
1、可以ping通局域网连接
2、telnet到其他机器提示“无法加载或初始化请求”
3、使用ipconfig/renew 提示“The operation failed since no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation “
4、netstat -an 没有端口监听

Google了一下，解决方案很简单
执行 netsh winsock reset 回车重启即可还原。
