redhat 安装vim 总结

[root@localhost vim73]# lsb_release -a

---查看已安装的vim

[root@localhost vim73]# rpm -qa | grep vim
vim-minimal-7.0.109-3.el5.3

虽然已经安装 但是不知道为什么用不了vim，于是安装了最新的vim7.3

 

准备的安装包有vim-7.3.tar.bz2、vim-7.2-lang.tar.gz。ncurses-devel-5.5-24.20060715.i386.rpm

 

 

[root@localhost] tar -zxvf vim-7.3.tar.bz2

[root@localhost] tar -zxvf vim-7.3.tar

[root@localhost] tar -zxvf vim-7.2-lang.tar.gz

 

[root@localhost] cd vim73

 

[root@localhost vim73] ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-multibyte --with-features=big --disable-selinux

如果出现需要安装ncurse

checking for tgetent()... configure: error: NOT FOUND!

 

You need to install a terminal library; for example ncurses.

 

Or specify the name of the library with --with-tlib.

 

[root@localhost] rpm -Uvh ncurses-devel-5.5-24.20060715.i386.rpm --force --nodeps

 

---

[root@localhost]# rpm -qa |grep ncurse
ncurses-5.5-24.20060715
ncurses-devel-5.5-24.20060715

 

---ncurse安装成功后

进入到vim73中

 

[root@localhost vim73] ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-multibyte --with-features=big --disable-selinux

 

[root@localhost vim73] make && make install

[root@localhost vim73] vim
