利用字符串和IO生成页面

做好一个模板，利用字符串替换的方法生成新的文件。

使用StreamReader读取，
然后使用repalce替换调
然后使用StreamWriter写入

案例代码如下：
string path = HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath("");//获取当前文件路径
StreamReader r = new StreamReader(path + @"\模板页.aspx");//通过路径获取模板文件内容
string line = null;
StringBuilder str = new StringBuilder();

  str.Replace("!title!", TxtTitle.Text);
