java下载中文文件名乱码的解决方法

如果要下载中文的文件名，首先要将中文文件名编码，直接看代码,以jsp中下载中文文件名为例:

先将fileName编码成ISO8859_1方式，这样子，弹出的另存为窗口中的文件名就是中文的了
